May 15th

• Last day to request printed copies of the 2025 Reports in Advance.
• Last day to request printed copies of the 2025 OVYM Directory. This is only available in print. It is not posted online nor sent electronically.

May 27th

• In-person registration deadline for OVYM’s 2025 sessions.

June 10th

• Online registrations due by noon for OVYM’s 2025 sessions. (Ben needs 24-hour notice to get the links to you, and yearly meeting sessions begin on the 11th.)

July 27th

• Final 2025 minutes and all new or amended reports are due for the 2025 minute book. 

August 7th

• Last day to request printed copies of the 2025 minute book (for both individuals and meetings).

August 15th

• Quaker Quill deadline for September issue. 

September 27th

• Input due for administrative assistant annual review. Feedback and suggestions welcome regarding both Susan Lee’s work and the administrative assistant’s job description.

October 15th

• Agenda items due for the November Executive Committee meeting (1 November).

October 22nd

• All advance reports due for the November Executive Committee meeting. (Sending reports on the 23rd.)

January 21st

• Agenda items due for the February Executive Committee meeting (7 February).

January 15th 

• Quaker Quill deadline for February issue.

January 28th

• All advance reports due for the February Executive Committee meeting. (Sending reports on the 29th .)

February 28th

• Monthly meeting statistical reports are due. 

March 18th

• Agenda items due for the April Executive Committee meeting (4 April).

March 25th

• All advance reports due for the April Executive Committee meeting. (Sending reports on the 26th.)

April 1st

• Quaker Quill deadline for May issue.

April 15th
Spring is often a busy time for many OVYM members. Please plan ahead!

• Monthly meetings’ state of society reports are due, but it is helpful to receive them much sooner (such as January). This is the final deadline! Please plan ahead!
• Everything is due for Reports in Advance, including:
  • Committee reports
  • Administrator reports
  • Memorial minutes (all written since April 2025)
  • Reports from OVYM representatives to other organizations

April 30th

• Final deadline for all information for the OVYM Directory.

May 15th

• Last day to request printed copies of the 2026 Reports in Advance.
• Last day to request printed copies of the 2025 OVYM Directory. This is only available in print. It is not posted online nor sent electronically.
• Depending on the location, registrations for yearly meeting sessions are usually due in late May.
