Miami Quarter – Second Month 2021

Miami Quarter
Religious Society of Friends
Meeting For Worship with Attention to Business
Second Month, 21st Day, 2021
Via Zoom
Hosted By Community Monthly Meeting
Cincinnati, Ohio

Peter Hardy, Presiding Clerk
Cecilia Shore, Recording Clerk

Query and silent worship
How can we make the meeting a community in which each person is accepted and nurtured, and strangers are welcome? Seek to know one another in the things which are eternal, bear the burden of each other’s failings and pray for one another. As we enter with tender sympathy into the joys and sorrows of each other’s lives, ready to give help and to receive it, our meeting can be a channel for God’s love and forgiveness.” Query #18, Quaker Faith and Practice, 2nd Ed. Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends in Britain.
Friends were invited to respond to the query from out of the silence.
